• Assist in day to day activities for the Supply Chain Reception department.
•  Assist with supervision of daily operations orders, deliveries, returns, inventory control, vehicle schedules, GPS tracking, customer service etc.
• Plan, organise, assign and ensure completion of operational tasks and functions.
• Supervise a team in accordance with policies.
• Manage schedules of personnel on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with established safety standards and housekeeping practices.
• Assist with the implementation of change management.
• Monitor and enforce correct usage, care and preservation of the department assets in daily operations.

PROFILE:

• Higher School Certificate.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Ability to work on a shift system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer software.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
