As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee pest control service delivery, ensure compliance with ZEMA and ZRA regulations, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily pest control operations and technician teams
• Ensure compliance with chemical safety and VAT invoicing
• Manage client contracts and deliver top-notch service
• Oversee inventory, fleet logistics, and emergency response
• Support business growth with operational insights

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5+ years’ operations management experience (pest control preferred)
• Strong leadership, compliance, and financial skills
