What you'll do:
- Lead housekeeping, maintenance, safari shop, night porter and wellness teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee daily lodge operations
- Support department heads and step into Lodge Manager duties when required
- Drive team training, operational excellence and cost efficiencies
- Maintain the highest luxury hospitality and sustainability standards
We're looking for:
- Proven luxury lodge or hospitality operations management experience
- Strong leadership and guest relations skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for service excellence and mentoring teams
