About the job

  • To oversee and optimize daily operations across the organization by ensuring efficient resource utilization, effective project execution, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Operation management
  • Daily to day management: Overseeing daily business activities, optimizing processes and resources staff, materials, technology to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Work with different country head across ISAT Group of company in handling operation matters.
  • Improving processes: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing data to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
  • Budgeting & Finance: Developing budgets, reviewing costs, and optimizing financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Managing personnel, including staffing, training, and maintaining morale.
  • Strategic Execution: Aligning day-to-day operations with overall company objectives
  • Project Management:
  • Work with project managers / across group to ensure ed to end Project Management, by delivering Timely, Control cost, and ensuring Quality through constant customer feedback.
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines
  • Customer Relation Management
  • Work with customer support manager on all customer operation related matters and the incumbent is expected to focus his / her attention on supervising day-to-day operation matters affecting customers.
  • Involvement in customer management and visitation to ensure customer experience satisfaction
  • Vendor management, Pricing & Cost Management
  • Vendor Management Coordination for better relationships and negotiation for favorable pricing.
  • Supplier Management – Cultivation and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers by evaluating defined SLA for negotiation on costs for purposes of cost reduction.
  • Cost Analysis, Implementation assessment of solutions and scheduling of solutions sold.
  • Compliance. Licensing and Permits:
  • Follow up to ensure business compliance in all the operation working closely with group person in charge of regulatory to ensure return are done on quarterly basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Telecommunication.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role working in telecom industry, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing and improving operations
  • Experience in managing operation in complex environmental engaging multiple stakeholders from different countries.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
