Key Responsibilities
Route Coverage

Execute daily route plans to visit existing retail and wholesale customers, ensuring maximum product availability.
New Business Development

Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand the client’s territory market share.
Sales & Collection
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring 100% timely collection of payments.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with shopkeepers, distributors, and vendors.
Merchandising
-
Ensure products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and properly priced at the point of sale.
Market Intelligence

Keep an eye on competitor activities, pricing, and trends, and report feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of active sales experience specifically within the FMCG sector (e.g., food, beverages, cosmetics, or household goods).
Licensing
-
Must possess a valid driving/riding license with an endorsement for motorbikes.
Riding Skills
-
Proven ability to ride a motorbike safely in heavy traffic and diverse weather conditions.
Education

High school certificate; a Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field is a distinct advantage.
Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy

Familiarity with basic mobile sales apps or POS systems for order booking.

Self-motivated, honest, and highly resilient with a strong sense of direction and time management.
