Role Overview
Conduct inspection, rewinding, repair, testing, and maintenance of AC/DC motors, generators, and rotating electrical equipment across the facility.
Requirements:
- Craft Certificate, Trade Test Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motor rewinding and repair within heavy industry.
- Proven experience with LV/HV AC motors, DC motors, and generators.
- Proficiency in using insulation resistance testers, surge testers, and diagnostic equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of winding diagrams, insulation systems, varnishing, and testing procedures.
