Key Responsibilities:
MERL Planning and Implementation
- Assist in the development of MERL frameworks for agricultural projects.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Support the collection and analysis of data to measure project impact.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on agricultural trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Analyze data to generate insights that contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to synthesize research findings.
Learning and Capacity Building:
- Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capacity.
- Support the organization in staying abreast of advancements in agricultural MERL.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Contribute to the preparation of reports showcasing project outcomes.
- Document MERL processes and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of MERL-related documentation.
Qualifications
Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds with an interest in agriculture.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the MERL activities within the agricultural sector
