AeTrade Group is recruiting qualified technology professionals to support the development and deployment of AeTrust, a digital financial services platform designed to advance financial inclusion, digital inclusion, MSME empowerment, secure payments, and sustainable business growth.

AeTrust will support wallet services, merchant payments, digital onboarding, KYC workflows, payment integrations, operational dashboards, and future integration with AeTrade Group’s wider ecosystem, including Sokokuu and AeLearning.

We are seeking professionals who can build secure, scalable, reliable, and user-centered digital financial products for high-trust and high-impact use cases.

AeTrade Group is seeking a Mobile Engineer / Mid-Senior for the AeTrust platform. The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Flutter mobile application, including wallet services, transfers, KYC workflows, authentication, customer onboarding, transaction history, and future mobile features linked to Sokokuu and AeLearning.

This role requires strong attention to security, usability, performance, and real-world user conditions, including device diversity, limited connectivity, and emerging-market mobile usage patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AeTrust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop secure, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experiences for wallet, payment, transfer, KYC, and account features.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, including REST and gRPC-gateway services.
• Implement secure authentication, session management, token handling, biometric authentication, and secure local storage.
• Work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, product teams, and QA support.
• Build mobile features with performance, low connectivity, device diversity, and user accessibility in mind.
• Follow and implement the shared design system accurately.
• Support app release processes for both iOS and Android.
• Maintain mobile code quality, testing practices, and documentation.
• Support future extension of mobile engineering practices across AeTrade Group products.
