Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the hostel through social media platforms, flyers, and campus outreach.
• Organize and conduct hostel tours for prospective tenants and parents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nearby institutional boards (e.g., University of Ghana Medical School, Nursing schools).
• Meet monthly and seasonal student occupancy targets.
• Gather feedback from prospects to recommend marketing strategy adjustments.
• Create engaging digital content to showcase hostel amenities and community life.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
• Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude.

Location: Korle-Bu, Accra, Ghana

Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – GHS 4,000 per month
