• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.
• Resolve conflicts, handle staff grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Represent the organization in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
