Interns will be encouraged to demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and a strong willingness to learn while supporting operational and business processes within the company. Key Responsibilities Gain comprehensive understanding of business operations and departmental roles.

Assist with daily activities and contribute to assigned projects. Support data collection, analysis, record keeping, and prepare reports.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet departmental objectives. Participate in operational activities including inspections, audits, and site visits where applicable.

Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems. Attend meetings, training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops.

Offer suggestions for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Learn and utilize relevant company systems, processes, and procedures.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Health, Safety, and Environmental Commitment Interns will actively promote a safety-first culture by adhering to mining regulations, company safety procedures, and operational standards.

Responsibilities include the correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), prompt reporting of hazards or incidents, and participation in safety meetings and awareness initiatives. Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 School Certificate. Trade/Craft Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field such as Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Public Relations, or related disciplines.

All academic qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA). 0-1 years of relevant work experience or prior industrial attachment, internship, or volunteer experience is preferred.
