WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Completed degree within the last 1 year
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office tools
• Curious, proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Good communication and people skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide first-line IT support to staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 users
• Assist with email setup, user accounts, and access permissions
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support IT projects and system improvements
