HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Applications are invited from suitably qualified results-oriented professionals to fill the above vacancy that has arisen within the Kadoma City Council, Reporting to the Chamber Secretary, the position is responsible for supporting Council operations through articulation, initiation and implementation of sound adequate human resources strategies.

Duties:
The incumbent will provide strategic leadership in Human Resources and Administration, including recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, staff development, and general administration. The role also ensures compliance with the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15), and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant Social Science Degree
Master’s Degree (added advantage)
Membership of a Professional Institute such as IPMZ etc.
Minimum 5 years’ experience, 3 at managerial level
Local Authority or Public Sector experience will be an added advantage

Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of labour laws.
