Administer payroll inputs, leave, staff benefits, medical aid, and other HR administrative processes.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with the Malawi Employment Act and organisational standards.
Provide employee relations support, manage disciplinary and grievance processes, and prepare HR reports for Management and the Board.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least three (3) years’ progressive HR experience, preferably within an NGO or development organisation.
Sound knowledge of Malawi labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an HR Information System (HRIS) is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
