The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Training and staff development
- HR records and compliance
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
