Dream Liyana Health care P.L.C seeking Hospital Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficient front-desk operations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as per physician order.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical departments regarding appointments and patient arrivals.
Handle admissions, discharges, and referrals as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and applicable privacy regulations.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and preparing reports.
Respond appropriately to patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform other front-office and administrative duties assigned by management.
