Health Care Assistant Tutor

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, Health Care Assistance, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, or a related healthcare field.
• At least 1–2 years of teaching, training, mentoring, or healthcare practice experience.
• Experience working in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, or training institutions.
• Experience supervising students during practical and clinical attachments is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of healthcare assistant and nursing aide curricula.
• Strong professionalism, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success..
• Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
