Key Responsibilities

• Providing strategic leadership and oversight of the Bank's Treasury, Financial Markets and Financial Institutions functions.
• Managing the Bank's balance sheet, liquidity, funding, capital markets activities, investments, foreign exchange business, and market risk exposures, while ensuring sustainable profitability and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive the Bank's treasury growth strategy by developing innovative financial market solutions, strengthening relationships with local and international financial institutions, optimising funding and liquidity structures, and maximising treasury revenue.
• Provide strategic advice to Executive Management and the Board on treasury and financial markets, balance sheet management, and prevailing economic and market trends.
