Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets
- Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to deliver high performance
- Strengthen existing distribution channels and expand into new markets, including exports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Oversee sales and marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
- Use market insights and data to inform decision-making and improve performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- An MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in a sales leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in B2B and distributor-led sales models
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
