Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in retail sales management fashion industry preferred.
- Proven track record in managing multiple branches or regions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Oversee performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams.
Inventory & Stock Management.
- Ensure optimal stock levels across all branches.
Customer Experience & Brand Growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all branches.
Financial Management.
- Monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to directors.
Compliance & Operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
