Responsibilities
- Oversee factory operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently
- Lead and develop a team across production, quality, engineering, and administration
- Drive continuous improvement in throughput, waste reduction, and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 standards and audit readiness
- Manage fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and distribution costs
- Oversee the operations budget and expenditure tracking Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning and scaling strategies
- Promote safety, accountability, and operational excellence on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields
- 10+ years of senior operations/production management in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 systems
- Skilled in analytics, planning, and people management
- Results-oriented and adaptable in scaling environments
