Greenwood Manor Hotel is looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman to join our team and help keep the property running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general handyman work around the hotel (repairs, minor installations, fixes).
• Help with plumbing tasks such as leaks, toilet/sink repairs, and basic maintenance.
• Support maintenance and simple electrical-related work (troubleshooting basic issues, replacing parts, etc.).
• Assist with minor construction/renovation tasks as needed (patching, carpentry support, wall repairs, basic repairs).
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background or experience with electrical engineering (or strong electrical knowledge).
• Ability to handle plumbing repairs (basic to intermediate).
• Some experience or comfort with basic construction work (patching, repairs, minor building tasks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills with staff and management.
• Nice to Have
• Prior hotel or property maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and systems.
• Safety certifications (e.g., electrical safety training) are a plus.
