- Infinite Talent Recruiters is a NEA-licensed recruitment firm based in Nairobi specializing in local placements across hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics — and international Gulf placements for Kenyan professionals. We're also building three AI-powered talent products for the African market: an AI ATS, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board.We're a small, fast-moving team. This hire sits at the Centre of our growth.
The Role
- This is not a traditional sales or marketing job.
- We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds pipelines that run without constant oversight, and takes direct ownership of revenue numbers.
- Phase 1 Months 1–3: Own employer acquisition — turn BD from reactive to proactive, build the CRM from scratch, and create the operational infrastructure for both local and Gulf markets.
- Phase 2 from Month 3: Expand into go-to-market execution for our three AI talent products — AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.
What You'll Do
- Own the full employer acquisition cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and execute outbound outreach to companies actively hiring across Kenya
- Pitch and close retainer agreements with anchor clients in hospitality, healthcare, and construction
- Select, configure, and manage the company CRM Zoho, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel
- Develop and run structured follow-up sequences for every prospect
- Build and optimise the employer onboarding process end to endIdentify and develop Gulf-based manpower agency partnerships
- Produce weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards for the CEO
- From Month 3: support early go-to-market for all three AI talent products
Your First 90 Days
- Month 1: Audit existing pipeline, configure CRM, build a 200+ target employer list, begin outreach
- Month 2: Execute full outreach list, close first 5 employer clients, identify Gulf agency targets
- Month 3: Hit acquisition targets, activate AI product outreach, deliver 6-month growth plan
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operationsHas built or managed a CRM pipeline from scratch
- Comfortable owning a revenue number and being held accountable to it weekly
- Thinks in systems — documents processes, spots gaps, builds solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication; can write cold emails that get replies
- Background in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or BPO is an advantage
- Based in Nairobi, available full-time on-site
Not a fit if you: need a fully built system to work within, prefer inbound-only pipelines, or are uncomfortable with weekly data-driven accountability.
Compensation
Component Details
Base Salary KES 80,000 – 120,000/month
Employer Acquisition Bonus KES 5,000 per signed client
Placement Commission 5% of placement fees from your pipeline
Gulf Partnership Bonus KES 15,000 per signed agency MOU
Quarterly Performance Bonus KES 30,000 if quarterly target exceeded
High performers hitting all Month 3 targets can expect KES 130,000–180,000/month total.
90-day review with salary adjustment based on performance.
