Our client is hiring a Growth Manager to drive business growth, partnerships, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven track record in lead conversion and revenue growth
- Experience managing or coaching sales teams
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting skills
- Experience selling to corporates, SMEs, NGOs, schools, logistics, and enterprise clients
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Existing Nairobi corporate network is an added advantage
