About the Role

  • We are offering an exciting Graduate Internship Program GIP for ambitious and driven engineering graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • This structured 1-year program is designed to equip interns with practical technical skills, exposure to real-world operations, and professional development through coaching and mentorship. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced teams to support engineering operations while building competencies aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Participate in safety induction and ongoing training to ensure safe working practices
  • Identify and report workplace hazards and contribute to risk assessments
  • Support initiatives aimed at achieving zero incidents in the workplace
  • Promote environmental sustainability through waste reduction and proper material handling

Maintenance & Engineering Support

  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Support tracking and reporting of maintenance tasks and system updates
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs and operational standards
  • Participate in improving plant reliability and operational efficiency

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives e.g., Kaizen activities
  • Assist in enhancing productivity and operational performance

Compliance & Documentation

  • Support adherence to operational and maintenance standards
  • Assist in updating documentation, procedures, and system records
  • Ensure alignment between on-ground activities and system tracking tools

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including technicians, operators, and support functions
  • Communicate effectively within a high-performing team environment
  • Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
