Key Requirements
- Diploma in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating an industrial Effluent Treatment Plant ETP, wastewater treatment plant, or water treatment facility.
- Experience in food processing, edible oils, fruit processing, dairy, beverage, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of DAF systems, chemical dosing, biological treatment processes, sludge handling, and dewatering.
- Understanding of COD, BOD, TSS, and pH monitoring and control.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps, blowers, and other treatment equipment.
- Computer literacy with strong report-writing skills.
- Understanding of environmental compliance and wastewater discharge requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with NEMA compliance and environmental reporting.
- Previous experience supervising ETP operators and contractors.
