Liwiro Finance Limited, a licensed non-deposit taking microfinance institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, is seeking motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell civil servant loan products in Dowa District.

Areas of Focus

Mponela, Mvera, Chakhaza, Mkukula, Madisi, Bowe, Kayembe, Dowa Boma

Key Duties

1. 1. Conduct market campaigns and recruit civil servant customers

   2. Identify and assist clients with online loan applications

   3. Promote Liwiro Finance civil servant loan products

   4. Build relationships with government employees and institutions

   5. Assist clients with loan application documentation

   6. Act as a link between Liwiro Finance and civil servants

   7. Provide market feedback and monitor competitor activities

Key Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: MSCE Certificate

2. Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field will be an added advantage

3. Previous experience in sales, microfinance, banking or customer service is an added advantage

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and meet targets

6. High confidence and self-motivation

7. Willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement

8. Must have a smartphone and National ID
