Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Growth Strategist Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Digital Marketing Growth Strategist will design, coordinate, and optimize marketing and customer acquisition strategies. This role focuses on building systems that consistently generate qualified leads and measurable revenue growth, working collaboratively with leadership, sales, technical teams, content creators, and PR & communications.

Key Responsibilities Develop and continuously refine AutoGuard’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Design and maintain lead generation systems that deliver qualified enquiries consistently.

Plan, execute, and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. Enhance customer acquisition and conversion processes to maximize ROI.

Create quarterly marketing plans and manage the marketing calendar effectively. Coordinate marketing initiatives across internal departments and external suppliers.

Support the Sales Team with marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, proposals, and case studies. Track and report marketing performance using data-driven insights.

Monitor key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and overall marketing ROI. Identify and implement productivity improvements using AI and automation tools.

Guide and collaborate with the Content Creator to foster continuous marketing improvements.

• High initiative, accountability, and confidence in leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency.
• Preferred experience in industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Construction, Technical B2B, or Professional Services.
• Success Criteria Within 90 Days Complete a thorough marketing audit.
• Develop a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy.
• Establish a company-wide marketing calendar.
• Implement campaign reporting and performance dashboards.
• Enhance coordination between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Present actionable growth recommendations to leadership.
• Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Strategy are advantageous.

Technical Skills Marketing strategy development, digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads), lead generation, marketing analytics, CRM and lead management, SEO/SEM, email marketing and automation, social media marketing, project management, AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
