Requirements

  • Experience in digital products or lending operations is an added advantage.
  • Proven ownership of commercial results for live digital products.
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Data-driven, with a diagnosis-first approach.
  • East African financial services experience required; lending experience preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Own the commercial performance of MOMENTUM'S digital lending portfolio.
  • Drive acquisition, conversion, portfolio health and recovery.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimize the digital customer journey.
  • Lead the design and launch of next- generation digital financing products.
