About the Consumer Affairs Intern Position Reporting directly to the Consumer Affairs Officer for the Northern Region, the successful candidate will provide essential support to the Consumer Affairs Section.
This full-time internship spans an initial period of five months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities for Consumer Affairs Intern Jobs in Kasama Assist with the recording, organizing, and filing of consumer-related documents.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors. Support stakeholder engagement activities to foster positive relationships.
Assist in the processing and resolution of consumer complaints. Undertake other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Eligibility Possession of a Full Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent. At least a Diploma in Public Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Social Science or Business discipline.
Applicants should preferably be residents of Kasama. Graduation date must be no earlier than 1st January 2023.
Internship Duration and Employment Details This internship is offered on a full-time basis for an initial duration of five months. The Energy Regulation Board reserves the right to extend the internship period depending on the intern's performance and organizational requirements.
