Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.a minimum of ten (10) years' senior leadership experience in a comparable role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• A proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, sales and marketing, operational leadership, and business growth is essential.
• Experience in grain milling operations will be an added advantage.an exceptional leader with strong commercial acumen, sound business judgement, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering long-term value for stakeholders.
