Key Responsibilities

• Camp Managers: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp.
• Camp Managers: Supervise staff and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Camp Managers: Manage guest relations and address operational issues.
• Camp Managers: Prepare operational reports and manage camp resources efficiently.
• Mechanics: Diagnose, service, and repair company vehicles and equipment.
• Mechanics: Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Mechanics: Ensure tools and workshop equipment are kept in good condition.
• Mechanics: Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies.
• Chefs: Plan and prepare high-quality meals in accordance with menu requirements.
• Chefs: Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Chefs: Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Tour Guides: Lead guided tours and provide guests with informative and engaging experiences.
• Tour Guides: Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during all excursions.
• Tour Guides: Share knowledge of wildlife, local culture, history, and the natural environment.

Requirements

• Camp Managers: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
• Camp Managers: At least 3 years' experience in camp, lodge, or hospitality management.
• Mechanics: Trade Test Certificate or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
• Mechanics: At least 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Chefs: Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Chefs: At least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, lodge, or camp environment.
• Chefs: Ability to prepare a variety of local and international dishes.
• Tour Guides: Professional Tour Guide qualification or relevant certification.
• Tour Guides: Valid Professional Guide License.
