BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and prevent stock-outs.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to predict future product demand.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to align inventory with forecasted requirements.

Commercial Performance Analysis

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales volume, revenue, margins, and market share.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide regular commercial performance dashboards and reports to senior management.

Business Analytics & Insights

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
