Job Description

Old Mutual Investment Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer with proven experience to support the execution of its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and supporting the delivery of innovative business solutions that contribute to the Group’s long-term success.

Duties and Respondibilities

• Developing new business for short term and long-term investments
• Creating, developing and managing the corporate business pipeline
• Maintaining existing business and lead in market conduct
• Key account relationship management
• Managing customer complaints effectively
• Exceptional customer service delivery and understanding of customer needs
• Managing customer retention initiatives
• Driving sales performance in-line with targets and key performance measures
