Our client is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, business growth, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field
  • 4–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Proven track record in lead generation and business conversion
  • Experience supporting or coaching sales teams
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting skills
  • Experience selling to corporates, SMEs, NGOs, schools, logistics, and enterprise clients
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Existing Nairobi corporate network is an added advantage
