Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales performance and business growth;Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve targets;Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns;Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements;Manage branch operations, facilities, budgets, and administrative controls;Build and maintain relationships with customers, employers, and community stakeholders;Identify local business opportunities and support market growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;Certificate of Proficiency in Long-term and Short-term Insurance (where applicable).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services;At least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership role;Experience managing sales teams or branch operations;Sound knowledge of unsecured lending and the Botswana market.
