Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Upselling: Suggest premium drinks, specials, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory and communicate low-stock items to the supervisor or manager.
• Responsible Service: Check identification to verify age and enforce responsible alcohol service standards.
• Payment Processing: Process payments accurately using the POS system and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and clean bar equipment (blenders, juicers, coffee machines) regularly.
• Hygiene & Safety: Follow all hygiene and safety standards, including proper handling of glassware and cleaning of work surfaces.
