The Automation & Electrical Section Head is responsible for overseeing the automation and electrical engineering functions within Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc. This full-time senior role requires an individual with 5-8 years of experience to lead a team in a fast-paced office environment in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality work while coordinating multiple tasks and fostering strong working relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the automation and electrical engineering team to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for automation and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all engineering activities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering projects with business goals.
• Analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to deliver results within set deadlines.
• Utilize Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for system integration and automation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes and project outcomes.
