A reputable Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our growing Audit & Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading audit engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with ISA and firm methodologies.
• Identify risks and internal control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations.
• Draft management letters and assist in preparing audit reports.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance.
• Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, CA, CPA)
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in external audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Proven experience supervising audit teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
