Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned territories.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with strong experience in dealer development, channel management, field sales, and ATL/BTL marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build and strengthen dealer and distributor networks while expanding market coverage.
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Executives across multiple locations to deliver exceptional performance.
- Plan and execute Above-the-Line ATL and Below-the-Line BTL marketing campaigns and field promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
- Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong background in dealer development, channel management, and field sales.
- Experience planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities.
- Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills.
