About the Role As an Accounts Officer at Patrick Chulu Legal Practitioners, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions that keep the firm operational and financially healthy. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-up, and providing essential financial reports that support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities for Accounts Officer Jobs in Lusaka Maintain income and expense registers, receipts, and comprehensive books of accounts. Manage invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify and balance financial records. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and cash position reports to inform management.

Advise management on the availability of funds for ongoing and upcoming projects. Qualifications and Experience Possess a recognized accounting qualification such as ZICA Technician/Licentiate, ATEC, or an equivalent certification.

Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a law firm or professional services environment, demonstrating familiarity with legal sector financial practices.
