. The Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department in recording transactions, maintaining financial records, assisting in reconciliations, and supporting reporting processes in line with accounting standards and organizational policies.ย ย

ย โข Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems
ย โข Assist in preparation of payment vouchers and receipts
ย โข Support bank reconciliations and cashbook updates
ย โข Assist in invoice processing and supplier payment tracking
ย โข File and organize financial documents for audit readiness
ย โข Support basic financial reporting and analysis
ย โข Assist in payroll data preparation where required
ย โข Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial controls
ย โข Perform any other accounting duties as assigned

ย โข Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ย โข Basic knowledge of accounting principles
ย โข Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (added advantage)
ย โข Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
ย โข High integrity and professionalism
