Job Purpose

  • The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, preparing financial reports, and managing importation documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and perform daily bookkeeping.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Process and load supplier and other payments accurately.
  • Handle importation documents and coordinate related financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial and import documentation.
  • Support audits and perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPAK qualification is mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payment processing, and importation documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willing to start immediately.
