• Tenderers who are 100% citizens and domicile in Botswana shall, in order to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the following category: Code: 207 Food Supplies Sub Code: 01 General food Supplies
• The tender is reserved for citizens or citizen contractors (Botswana Agricultural Marketing Board) as stated under Section 76 (2) (d) of the Public Procurement Act, 2021
• A non-refundable deposit of (Two hundred and fifty pula (P250.00) payable in cash shall be made at the Council Revenue office No. 14 located at RAC offices-Blue block, , revenue office opens during working hours from 07:30hrs to 12:45hrs and from 13:45hrs to 15:30hrs
