Most employers scan a CV before they read it. That means your strongest information must be easy to find. Start with your name, contact details, role target, and a short summary that explains what you do and what value you bring.
Use clear section headings such as Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications, and Projects. Avoid long paragraphs. Bullet points work best when they start with action and end with evidence: managed, built, supported, improved, reduced, coordinated, trained, or delivered.
Where possible, include numbers. Instead of saying you handled customers, say you supported 40 customers per day. Instead of saying you improved reporting, say you reduced weekly reporting time from three hours to one hour.
Keep the CV relevant to the role. If you are applying for an IT support job, technical skills and support experience should be near the top. If you are applying for sales, show targets, client work, and communication strengths.
Before uploading your CV to Wakanda Jobs, save it as a clean PDF with your name in the file title. A simple, readable CV gives employers fewer reasons to move past your application.
